Applicant's Date of Birth : 14-05-1983
Regional Passport Office: Trikoot - 3, HUDCO Building, Bhikaji Camaji Place, New Delhi

All the required documents were submitted and the Police Verification was also done.
On the status page, it has been showing "Police Report is clear. Application is under process." since a very long time. However, I have still not received my passport and it has been 8 months since I applied. I would be really grateful if someone could look into the issue and let me know what is causing the delay. Also, if there is something to be done at my end kindly inform me the same.

I had applied for a passport in the month of april, 2009 and police enquiry also have completed successfully even then i have not been able to receive my passport. My file no is F013149 .please check this
matter as soon as possible.i'll b vry grateful to you.
