Ordered 2 pasta boats, got 3+3 food choppers took over $100 out of my account, not a good price at all.

Bought the pasta boat and upgraded so I could steam veggies. No checkout invoice, so I called the next day after receiving an e-mail receipt with pricing that could not figured out. The representative stated that once you upgrade you do not receive the buy one get one free. You can not tell this from the info provided on their website! Not only did I pay extra for the upgrade but the original price was now more too! To make matters worse I ordered another original deal, which was buy one get one free only to see that they charged me for 2 pasta boats. Customer Service Representative was a nightmare. She stated item was not in computer and even though she had my telephone number she would not call me back. She stated I should just call back another day. Lastly representative had a bit of an accent that made it difficult to understand her. I asked her to slow down which would have fixed this issue. She refused. Come on Pasta Boat fix this!
