Ron Baldwin

I guess Ron Baldwin is through messing with credit cards because he asked for a check from us and stupidly we sent him one!

After a few phone messages left and not returned, we filed with the BBB, of Abilene, TX, The Internet Crime Complaint Center, The Federal Trade Commission for civil and criminal law enforcement agencies and the United States Postal Inspection Service for mail fraud.

Who does this guy think he is?! When I Googled his name, I found that he is making suggestions on how to clean up the oil spill in the gulf?! How about cleaning up your act and delivering on your online scams?!

Do you really think you can get away with this for too much longer? I hope you don't have any children who are going to learn from you!

No contact or shipment.

Ron Baldwin is one of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will get a call every month or so, describing some sort of a delay due to cash flow because of the credit card processor, or production problem or shipping issue. He (Ron) NEVER answers his phone and once he has your money will not return your phone calls. If you are a NEW customer he will get right back to you, but not once he has gotten your money. I have been waiting for over six months for a product that was supposed to ship within 3 weeks. Ron is very good about stringing you along so it is more difficult for you to dispute your credit card charge. I WOULD TELL ALL OF YOU TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PATIO AND LAWN AS POSSIBLE. Spend a few extra bucks and deal with a reputable company that will be there after the sale, or at least through the sale. This company is a total sham and serious let down. I know for a fact that I am not the only person that has had these issues. Others have contacted me via e-mail through similar sights. STAY AWAY FROM PATIO AND LAWN. THEY ARE COMPLETE LOW LIFE LIARS.
