this has happen on a number of occasions and no one is doing anything about it and it's going on for sum time now.It happened to me at first when i was working there, where they have this male worker(Omar James) who can't keep his hand to himself.At first i thought it was a joke and played it off but when it was getting serious i complaint to the supervisor(Carl Bailey) and he didn't say anything to him.i told him myself don't touch me or talk to me unless it's work related.But i guess he couldn't take no for an answer and just kept on bulling me and i was tired of complaining because it was just going on deaf ears and nothing was being done.It even when on to the extreme where we fight/actually he attack me downstairs in the basement right in front of the supervisor and he didn't even separate the two of us he just stand there watching.This all happened on the 01/10/09 and on the following Monday my husband went to the owner of the business(PATMAR BAKESHOP)Leslie Heatlh and told him what had happened and gave him a warning that if it happened again he was going to sue them and the business because i can't work in an environment where i don't feel safe and where he have his worker fighting the female staff. The dispute was settled and we went on working with our separate differences.The next incident happened on the 05/16/10 where he (Omar) and a next ex-co worker Kayla got in to an argument which escalated, where he once again attacked her meaning he slapped her in face.She didn't do anything in return but went directly to the supervisor and once again no justice, nothing was done or said to him it's unbelievable.When nothing was done Kayla left cause it was no sense in staying if she was going to be assault and no result so she left.And recently again he attack on 11/04/10 which was so dramatic that the law was involved because blood was shed and knife and scissors was the weapon.Suzette was the victim of this incident she complained and complained but this was the result and the punishment Omar has his every day job while Suzette is now on suspension, and is now only working three days a week. how many times this has to happen before this has to stop.No one can't control this guy it unbelievable.
