On 11/14/09 I notified Patrol Master, Inc. and was requesting a patrolperson to respond to a noise complaint coming from a party with several juveniles drinking and yelling throughout the night.
While on the phone with a male dispatcher who I was providing the information, I observed the Patrol Officer DRIVE PAST the (Party) House not stopping, I attempted to wave down the patrolperson but he was distracted by talking on his cell phone, the patrolperson then left the community.
I immediately called this time talking with a female dispatcher, I explained that I was requesting the officer contact the people at the party and asked if they can lower the music and bring the people in from the yard as it was disturbing neighbors. This Dispatcher stated that the patrolperson may have been on the phone with a dispatcher, I explained that I was just hanging up the phone with the dispatcher when I observed him on the phone. She said she did not know why he was on the phone but will call the patrolperson back to contact the party and she would even call me back to give a DISPO. Taking my number and reading it back to confirm it.
After about an hour waiting, I attempted several times to call back but Patrol Masters phones gave me a busy signal and sometimes a fax machine answered, it’s getting later and the party was getting louder.
I contacted Patrol Masters (a male answer this time) and I asked what was going on and that the party was still being loud, Dispatcher told me that the patrolperson had not arrived yet. I explained to the dispatcher that the officer was driving though when I made my initial call and had just left when I called the second time, the dispatcher continued to make excuses for the patrolperson, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, he stated he was the supervisor and provided me a name that was unpronounceable, the dispatcher was uncooperative and rude.
