On Saturday August 7th I purchased a Mitsubishi HD TV from the manager Dan Giacomazza, of Paul's TV in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
We told Dan that we do not have HD sattelite. He said it was no problem because the tv will work ok without it. He said the HD channels will be clearer with HD sattelite. The truth is that the HD channels are fuzzy and not worth watching. When I called Dan and attempted to discuss it he said " I DON'T CARE". Dan also convinced us to buy the extended warranty by telling us that if we do not use it we will get a 50% refund. Only after he took our check and completed the sale did he tell us that the refund would be in the form of a Paul's TV gift card. This Paul's TV Manager is not honest with the customers.
