He will send the money that he owes to you, then open a dispute transaction ticket on Paypal, I'm not sure how many paypal account he has, but his paypal account e-mail was [email protected] when he scammed me, this paypal account owner's name is charles ambrass, Becareful, DO NOT do any online trade with this guy. If you are a victim of this scammer, please file your incident on http://www.ic3.gov/, and report this scammer at your local police office, this scammer must be caught before there are more victims!
