My notebook got motherboard changed during warranty time; once I collect it, I did make a recovery CD for it as I did before at first use after buying- My knowledge it may be done once at notebook life time but that’s what happened – since I start to use it after Motherboard changed machine always shutdown with no error report, I tried with local customer support so many times but no help I could reach for this problem, now system got crashed, when I started to use the recovery CD, Notebook telling me that this system is not supported by recovery CD and this CD will not recover Your notebook and till this moment I can’t use it, my hp notebook became piece of metal Specially I don’t want to lose the original operating system comes with notebook – Vista Home premium,
N.B I attached the notebook Serial No. And Product No. Photo which telling me Model is DV 2395ea that was shown in Setup Screen before changing Motherboard – when U press F10 at start up- beside serial No, was shown as well
But now after Motherboard changed this information changed as shown in attached
Is it possible to get that Notebook from its dead situation?
Thanks for help on this
