hi i booked this hotel through booking .com.but i was very disappointed when i went in wid my husband and kids.it put me off my holidays straight away we went in family room we been given.because that room was not safe for my 9 and 6 years old kids.their was not safe lock in kids window, room was on third or fourth floor not sure.that window is very dangerous for kids to stay in.its very scary when u look down that window.and where was double bed electric wires vere popping out of plug.all the time i been worried and telling my kids off not to go that side.it was not fair on my kids that they were not free to enjoy their holidays.bed sheets were stinky and dirty like they never been washed.we cud not leave that hotel they said they gona charge us 75pounds.we not rich to waste my 2 days wages for nothing.we had to live their for night.kids had to sleep wid me for safty and security.next morning we went to other hotel it wasted lot of our time and money.i think that hotel sud close because hotel does not follow health and safty rules.that was the horroble experience i ever had in my life .it was a birthday treat for my husband but unfortunately that was the worest present for him.i hope u will take action.
