My complaint is that I was trying to set up a recurring payment from my checking acouunt for my Mom pay as you go phone. The amount was only for $25 biweekly. The person that I was talking to said that my check was declined. I call my bank and they said that there wasn't anything received from AT&T declining the amount. I feel that the individual who was taking my call was trying to charge more than what I ask to charge and that is why they kept getting declined. I work hard for my salary then for someone to try to steal my money. This person should be counselled or removed if this is what they are trying to do. This was done today. The person said that they would call me back tomorrow around 11:00 a.m. but I will not talk with this person again.
