i am a 19 year old female who has a baby and got laid off. i was having hard times and got desperate i went online and checked out payday loans until my husbands next check came in in the process i was charged by a idenity theft company aswell as a a payday loan company even though i never received a loan. i tried calling bth places and was told there would be no refund.
