I have two different charges on my account from the pay-gatterbill. One charge is at $49.47 and then another one for $0.40. At the time the transactions where being process and used I was at work. I didnt authorize the transactions to go through my debit card. Wondering how to get them off my account.

I am a victim of fraud. I have unauthorized charges of $49.97 and a foreign transaction fee of $1.47 which were charged to my account on December 05, 2008. I have no idea who this company is and would like for my money to be deposited back into my account immediately. I have been calling this toll free number for them and cannot reach anyone. The recording tells me I don't have to dial the area code, to just dial the 7 digit number; and it won't let me dial either. Someone needs to find out who this company is and prosecute them to the full extent of the law. Fraud is a serious matter that needs not to be taken lightly, and those violate this law ought to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. These charges to my account has also caused a $34.00 Overdraft Fee on my account. This company needs to be prosecuted and forced to pay each fraudulent victim. This was all the money I had. And it's a good thing I checked my account on line because the little money I thought I had, I was about to go to the grocery store and use it; until I realized it was gone. This is a hurting feeling, especially when you are a single parent trying to buy groceries for you child to eat. Someone please feel our pain and do something about this unknown company.
