i have a complaint that i made a call to india which lasted for a mere 30 secs..and the next thing i see is a rip off of 49.5 us dollars from my credit card.its absolutely not valid to charge this ridiculous amount to a traveller without even informing him the rates for the same..i will never use their service again..and on looking on net i realise that several people have been cheated similarly...i will take up this issue coz this rate is uncomparable to any i have ever heard...
