This has been the most horrible experience. They took my $25 and then gave a list of different things they were doing which is a scam. I have emailed and no response. I have been in the underwriting dept. for about 5 weeks now. A total of 2 months and NOTHING!! They got their $25 though and they don't even have a phone #. THIS IS A RIP OFF!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING IT BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S ALL.

I filled out an application and they have my credit info and social security!!!

i came across this site and it had a deal that i just could not pass up. i paid the $25.00 non refundable application fee on line at that time with a credit card, still, haven't received my laptop, which when i ordered it it said it was in stock. a red flag should have flashed before my face when i saw they didn't even have a contact mumber on the website for the customers to call. i have even called information in florida to the city in which i mailed the application to...guess what, NO LISTING!

Any suggestions, what can we do?

On October 17, 2009 I was looking for a laptop when I ran into this payas yougoelectronics. It says they rent electronics for a cheap price, but to get the product you have to pay a $25 application fee. It also says as you pay the application fee they will send your product right out to you. Well, like an idiot I payed the application fee, they sent me e-mail telling me they have received it, and so on so on. A about 3 days goes by and no laptop comes, so I e-mailed asking them when will I get by laptop they tell me I have to fill out a formal application, so I get the formal applications fill out, and sent it back. That was 2 weeks ago this Saturday coming will make it 3 weeks. I have tried to be very patient, and now I am just well teed off. There so-called live chat is duped, and to try to get anybody to answer your e-mail is like pulling eye-teeth. They taken my $25, and kept the laptop.
All I want is the laptop, but I guess that is crap to. I made a mistake, and I am paying for it just like a lot of other people that has dealt with these people. I would recommend highly that they be shut down, so other people will not be caught up in this either. In this day and time we do not need to keep putting up with this.
