$ 19.00 unauthorized ACh on my checking account
This company debits a non-refundable $19.00 fee from your checking account and does not communucate with the applicant once an application is submitted, does not return emails or have any live people to talk with through any way of contact. When you decline services once you learn of the $19.00 fee prior to submitting the application they charge it anyway a few days later. My bank is reversing the charge but said I should make a complaint.

Harassment
Harassing and Threatening me. I took out a payday loan over a year ago and thought I had more than tripled the money I owed them. I ended up closing my account because of them. They call me and yell at me and threaten me. I recieved 12 calls from them yesterday within one hour. I have told them repeatedly not to call me at work...yet they still do. Yesterday when I told the guy that for the millionth time, not to call me at work or I will get fired he said "I don't give a shit if you are fired. It doesn't affect me." I then told him that I needed him to send me a written statement of what I owe and how much has been paid he said "Do I look like your servant, no, i will not do that, you are not that special" I them told him that I have nothing else to say to him, and I believe i have paid this off and I will not pay another cent unless they prove what i have paid, etc. I then stated AGAIN...do not call me at work. I hung up. And recieved 5 more calls after that.

I looked into online loans. Did not finance. Money was removed. Called two weeks ago. Safeidsupp said they would redeposit into my account has not happen.

This company took money out of my account without my permission. I just want my money back into account as soon as posssible. They were wrong for doing this, and it should be against the law.

DEBITING MONEY FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT
I keep seeing $7.99 deducted from my checkbook each month causing overdraft fees. I want my money back!!!

Unauthorized withdrawal
Applied for loan, didn't know I was being signed up for some I.D. service, had been taking out of my account for months without me being aware of it, this is scary. I am disabled, I can't afford to pay nsf on something I didn't authorize.
