I have made 3 calls now to the phone number provided by my bank (877-258-2584) and finally got the charges stopped. The cancellation # is 14056213, reference # from my bank, 7625081. I want the $17.97 put back into my account since I didn't order this service nor do I want to pay for it. They refuse to refund me the money. If I get no satisfaction from this complaint, I am contacting the BBB and the fraud unit of my bank ASAP. My email address is [email protected]. Please respond to this email with your actions.

This company took $17.97 out of my bank account, when I called the phone number listed on the electronice check they provided 877-258-2584, i was told I would not receive a refund for any reason, however they would cancel future billings. they gave me a confirmation code but I did not want their serivces, nor to pay any money to them. I feel they are not being a lawful company and should refund me the money they have taken...I do not feel that they are clear in their busniess practices and are deceptive. After 4 phone calls and talking to a supervisor, I was told I would get a refund 7-10 business days. They are out of AZ and I was told that I could file a complaint with the DA in there area. There are enough complaints that they may get in trouble for writing checks on behaf of people who have had no idea they where going to debit there checking account.

The Payday Loan Resource Center made unauthorized debits from my account, starting in 2007. After I cancelled the debits, I wrote a letter dated July 15, 2009, to them requesting that they redeposit those unauthorized amounts back into my account. I mailed the letter and also faxed this letter to them at 213-291-8170.

No one responded after one week, so I called them on several occasions. I spoke with 2 different people and they both stated that neither one of them could process my request. I called again today, August 4, 2009, to speake with Christine or Christian Smith, a supervisor. I spoke with a Karen and another person. Both were rude an unprofessional, indicating that they could not handle my request.

I called a third time today and spoke with Karen again. She agreed to transfer me to Ms. Smith and placed me on hold. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes, to no avail. It is now 10:30 a.m. and I am hanging up and completing this complaint about this company.

This appears typical of the way they handle requests to their company, which suggests perhaps illegal and unethical behavior by them. I am resolved to get the unauthorized debits redeposited into my account. Any suggestions?

Got my online bank statement and see that PLRC LLC (Pycsloan.com) had created a check drawn on my checking account for #17.93. From a previous victim on this site I know the phone Number is useless to call... I will try their web site, but don't expect to see the $17.93 again!

I'm VERY upset. On 6-9-2009. I was changed with a fee of $17.97 on my checking account. FROM Payday Loan. I didn't no who they where until, I looked on my check from them and seen a phone number and called them. The lady said, I signed for this service and, I said noway, I didn't and I want to cancel. She try ed to talk me back into it and wanted me to keep this service. I again said no please cancel this now. So she said she did. I asked if, I was going to get a credit and she said no they don't give out credits, so, I asked to for a supervisor and she told me no.
I asked how do, I no this is canceled and she said don't worry it is.
So the funny thing about it is, I gone on this web site: www.pycloan.com. This web site was on my check that they wrote on my account. Anyways, I checked to see if she really did cancel my service. And, I seen that, I'm still in there system. So, again, I gone and canceled this service. And printed out a cancel paper. While, I was try ing to cancel this service they asked me 3 times and lowed the price so, I can stay with them. So, don't get fouled with them and just cancel this service. This is not right what they are doing to me.
Get this my sister had the same changed on her account to and the bank changed her a fee of $35.00 because she didn't have the money of $17.97. Now who will pay for this fee.
