harrassment

Went into my bank to withdraw way over agreed upon amount. Did this several times, and subsequently put me negative over eight hundred dollars. My account was then closed by my bank. Now Im receiving harrassing phone calls at work by an "attorney" at a company called The Bar Group. Talked with a man name of zachery Hazlett, made payment arrangements but then had to change the credit card they had and can't get an answer. Left messages and no one calls back. They threatened me with a court summons and a jail. I dont believe they are liscensed to do business in SC.

Harassment

I have a loan with payday loan yes. these people have called and called and called me at work after i have asked them not to. They didn't have the right account number after i emailed it to them. Tim atkins called me at work and harassed me would not answer any of my questions and said they were going to start garnishing my wages. I have never met a ruder individual than him. I told him i get paid once a month and thats it no more. He told me i had excuses for everything.

I have lost my house 2 times this month with 4 feet of water in it form hurricane gustav and lost my automobile. I pay my bills on time. Its their fault they didn't have the account number on file. These loan companies need to be put out of business.
