This company sent e-mail about receiving a loan on line. I did answer it but i never received any loan from them. I didn't even complete the app. noe they are debiting my checking acct for 7.81 on may 6 and again on may 14. I can't reach a live person on phone to clear this up! However i have contacted them by live chat!!! They a scamming me out of money!!! I NEED HELP!!! There is another company doing the same thing and they are taking out 30.98. The name of that company is www.idtheft.com. PLEASE HELP ME, it, s making my account to be overdrawn!!! I am on a fixed income, while these companies are making millions!!!

I had an unauthorized charge from my bank account today, and the only thing I know about it, is the name is IDProcs.com, which unbeknownst to me, is your web address. I don't know who took out the money, but I am disputing it as I did not authorize it, and if it comes out again, I'm getting a lawyer.

This so called company made a withdrawal from my checking account for the amount of 31.98 twice. The first time they made the withdrawal i tried to contact this company by phone but was put on hold for ever. I looked them up on the internet and clicked on the options to cancel the subscription (which i never subscribe to). The following month there was another charge on my account for the same amount and i went back online and this time i chatted with an operator called jeff. I requested that my subscription be cancelled and he told me that it was. I explained to him that this was the second time it happened and that i had already cancelled this service. My bank offered to stop any payment to this company the first time it happened and i rejected. Now i regret it. And tomorrow first thing in the morning i will proceed to have my bank stop this fraud. I can't afford to change my bank account. I have several automatic payments being withdrawed every month and it is very inconvenient to have to change my account that i have had for over 10 years because these fraud companies decide to use our personal information.
