They have been taking this out of my checking account for a few months and causing me overdrafts with 5/3 bank. I have already filed a complaint with the bank on July 1, but this is still going on.

If you have received unauthorized charges from this company to your account:

1) Immediately report the unauthorized charge to your bank. (Contact your bank before contacting Paydaycs.com.)
2) Let the bank know that this company has documented complaints of unauthorized charges that can easily be located.
3) Request to reverse the charge. It will not happen immediately, as it involves receiving and returning paperwork from the bank.
4) Also request to prevent any further charges from this company to your account.
5) Request an inquiry, if possible.
6) Contact Payday.com at 1-866-592-6449. Let them know the steps you have taken with your bank and that an inquiry is also underway. Also let them know if you plan to file a police report or hire a lawyer.
7) Do not let them talk to you other than to cancel whatever alleged request they have from you. They may try to lecture you and read nonsense from a script-- nicely ask them not to! Just let them know that you never signed up for their services, regardless of what is in their system, and that they need to cancel any and all services attached to your name.
8) Make sure you get the confirmation number of the cancellation.

i am complaining bacause they are trying to take money out and putting me in the negative zone. i am trying to stop that before they do it again. i am tired of you guys doing that and don; t have the balls to at least put the money back theat the bank took out because you put me in the negative. they keep on adding 35.00 each time. you can have the balls to give it back

In the last 2 months, paydaycs.com has tried to withdraw money from my checking account without my authorization, I have informed my bank to that these are unauthorized charges, everytime they try to withdraw money from me, they overdraw my account and I want it stopped, IMMEDIATELY!!!, my problem is, I am out on the road a lot doing my job as an expediter, so, once I am back home, I will fill out a dispute form and have these charges reversed, getting sick and tired of this, having some unknown outsideer interfere with my bank account for no reason and without permission from the consumer, you have my email address, this better stop or else, you feel me?, HEED MY WARNING!!!, your help in this matter is most appreciated, sincerely, John O'Connell

Thanks to you people I can't buy my baby milk, food, or pay my bills.Im going to contact my lawyer and sue this company if I dont get my money back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! NOW!
