Over charged/Property damaged
Charged me $4100 to replace main sewer line and drain line to kitchen sink under my house. Then charged me another $3000 to add another 10ft of main sewer line from under my house to the front of my home with a clean out access and an access cover. This was done by drilling into the foundation to remove the old pipe and digging under my front porch (6ft) to reach the foundation from the other side. After installing the new pipe they did not repair the hole in the foundation nor did they compact the 6ft of dirt under my porch. Rain water from the worst storm in years ran under the porch through the hole soaking the soil to the state of mud 18ft wide and another 18ft front to back. 5 pillers supporting my floors sat in mud which if not dried would sink causing structure damage to my home. Also hot water heater was flooded. They claim they are not responsible for the damage and suggested my homeowners insurance to cover the cost of damages. They suggested a water restoration company that wanted to charge $1950 to resolve the mud issue but still not patch the hole. They tried to relight my water heater only to set off an explosion and then claim that it needed new parts in order for it to work. Realizing I was a fool for ever hiring them I called a reputable plumber who came out and without hesitation re-lit the water heater no parts needed. Also told me I was grossly over charged. Don't be a fool like I was. Don't even think about calling payless 4 plumbing. Please do your homework before you hire.
