they promised to help us with a loan modification. we sent them 700.00. We got nothing. our house is in forclosure right now, we are struggling to keep from loosing it. These people after getting I don't know how many people's money, folded up and left town, stopped answering calls, they never answered their phone anyway, they would always call you back, I should of suspected something then. I wished we could catch up with these dirty low down scoundrals and everyone could get their money back. They prey on the most vulnerable, when you desperate to keep your home, DEVILS.

payment help center in july covinced me to sign up with them to do a loan modification with Ocwen Mortgage. They sent me the application telling me they have had a lot of success with Ocwen mortgage.I filled out the application and sent it.Patricia Fowler reviewd tha application and sent it to underwriting.When it went to underwritng everything went wrong.Ms.M.Ramos and her assistant Buffy was handling the process, This person Ramos failed to send documents requested by Ocwen, I had to always call for update status refax and refax information that was already included in the application for the loan modification, Finally Ocwen notified me that documents needed was not received, I called talk to John Monaghen #102 the manager and the under writing supervisor and they confirmed Ms Ramos had not done her job, I requested my $695.00 refund back with no responce and no one returned my calls.I filed a complaint with BBB all the good that does. I am going to write to the attorney general office about them, They are as bad as Ocwen. PEOPLE DO NOT ALLOW PAYMENT HELP CENTER TO TALK YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY, WHAT I SAY IS THE TRUTH, STAY AWAY FROM OCWEN AND PAYMENT HELP CENTER. toles
