In August of 2010, I had placed my 2009 Mazda RX 8 on sale or someone to take over payments. I recieved a call from a man named, DAVID GUY. He stated he worked for PaymentSolutions and that he had a client that was interested in my vehicle. So I decided after advice and many talks with David Guy, that this would be a good way to get out from loan and the car. We did a written contract in which they(paymentsolutions) agreed to sell the vehicle on consignment as well as pay the loan. They sent a towcompany G&V towing to get the car from spokane, wa and transport it to Portland Or, because DAVID GUY had a client ready to buy the car. That Client failed to get approved by a bank for the loan amount. So Paymentsolutions continued to make payments. I was contacted in November 2010 by California Highway patrol that my car was seen in San Diego California with Washington plates and a local decal(BOB BAKER). They said I needed to registar the vehicle, I said no. I contacted David Guy and he never informed me of where my car was, until I asked him. The contract was written vague and where they could sell it. So this is where he started acting suspicious. DAVID GUY started asking about payments: where they still being made etc.. I realized then, he had no clue who was making payments and I found out he didnt know who had my car in San Diego. DAVID GUY started talking about if they couldnt sell the car in 90days then WE would have to look at giving the car back. I also told him that a payment was not made to Capital One auto finance yet. DAVID GUY started gettng worried to me to get the CHP to impound the vehicle and that he would take care of it from there. I didnt. I asked him where my car was and who had it, and he made excuses that he didnt have that information and that it was on his laptop and his laptop was being fixed. I knew this was bad. DAVID GUY refused to return my calls and I sent a certified letter to the company and it got returned. The website they had is not up. Its like they disappeared. I filed a police report and contacted a attorney. Capital One auto finance wants the 26, 000 dollars still owed. If any one knows about this type of situation please contact me @
