Unauthorized charges on my phone bill by a 3rd parth company. My employee clearly told a phone salesman only I the owner could make business decisions and gave them my phone number. They were selling Search Engine Optimization services. (Of course, I ignored calling them back they are sales people...) Two months later I discover two months of (monthly reoccuring) charges. $39.95 per month. They tried to say my employee gave them permission and they had her birthdate.. wow. 1. I produce and market my own website, so I wouldn't use the service. 2. My employee told them only I could make decisions and they never called me at all. 3. How can they charge for a web optimization service and then never call me to get access to my website to do this work for me! By the time I saw my phone bill they had already placed three monthly charges. Two in the first month, and one more pending. This seems to be aggressive salespeople pocketing signup commissions, and the company probably not caring because they make all this free money on people who do not get their money back.

I noticed a $20 charge on my AT&T phone bill that was unfamiliar and found out that this was an unauthorized charge through PaymentOne and another website www.webecommerce.com... totally fraudulant and I have no idea how these guys/gals get away with this kind of scamming!! I agree that this is a waste of innocent people's time and money trying to get these charges wiped off our records. This was the first month of charge and has the potential of being a monthly bill never authorized by me. I have never received an authorization confirmation because this charge never existed!! And I agree with the person who wrote how has our phone bills suddenly become credit cards and allowed charge authorizations without our knowledge. FED UP! I've already filed with the FTC and the BBB!
