Title 1: paypal Israel complaint & review – attention to anyone – I suggest you to AVOID Paypal – they will block your founds for 180 days (6 months) with no reason!!
I want to post this complaint because I want to advise all new paypal users in Israel and all other paypal users to AVOID paypal Israel and paypal u.s.a. AT ANY COST
Paypal reserves the right to freeze your founds, your money, yoyr shekels, your dollars, any amount of founds available in your paypal account for 180 days (6 months) AND if this miserable company, called “paypal” just wants, or if one of their miserable “employes” will decide to Freeze & Close YOUR founds, tyour shekels, your dollars in your paypal account they Will Freeze them for 6 months (180 days) no question asked to you (THE CUSTOMER)
In addition when thios miserables “decide” to freeze a paypal account because NOBODY KNOWS WHY, they ALSO close your account after the 6 months (180 days passed)

So first they make a lot of profit charging the so called “paypal fees”
Second if thewy “just want” THEY will freeze your founds, your shekels, your dollars or any curerency for 6 months (180 days) and they WILL NOT PAY YOU INTERESTES – NO!!
They auto-decide that you can give them a loan!!! AND they freeze your account – SO they use the customer founds to make their profits!! And they will use the customers founds for FREE!!!
YOU CAN ALWAYS SEND THEM AN EMAIL!!!
BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE (ONLY) AUTOMATED SO CALLED EMAILS WITH A PRE-PACKED EMAILS THAT DOES-NOT-MAKE-SENSE- AT ALL!!!
YOU CAN SEND THEM THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS” TO REINSTATE YOUR ACCOUNR (SO CALLED “APPEAL) BUT
YOU WILL SEND THEM FAXES AND EMAILS WITH DOZES OF DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING YOUR PRIVATE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!
AND THEY WILL NOT RE-INSTATE YOUR ACCOUNT!!
WHY?
BECAUSE THEY LIKE TO RECEIVE FOUNDS FOR FREE!!! AND THEY DO NOT PAY YOU INTERESTED FOR 6 MONTHS!!! AND THEY WILL USER YOUR FOUNDS TO MAKE PROFIT!!!
THIS MISERABLES OF PAYPAL, THEY MUST REALLY DESPERATE TO USE THIS TRICKS !!!
ALSO
THEY ARE A NOT SMART “PEOPLE” BECAUSE
THEY ALREADY >>>LOST <>> MANY CLASS ACTIONS IN USA!!!
AND THEY PAI MILIONS POF DOLLARS FINES!!!
THEY ARE STILL USING THE SAME USA TRICKS, BUT FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!!!
WHY?
BECAUSE THEIR INTERNATIONAL HEAD OFFICE, IS LOCATED IN LUXEMBURG AND IT IS AN OFFSHORE COMPANY!!!
AND NOBODY CAN SUE THEM !!!
THAT’S WHY THEY ARE REALLY THE FIRST >>><<<< MKISRRABLE>>>> SO CALLED COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!
I HOPE THAT FINALLY THE SHITTTY PAYPAL WILL COLLLAPSE ONE DAY!!! AND IM SURE THEY WILL 1 DAY!!! AND REALLY HOPE!!!
IF YOU DO NOT TRUST ME!! YOU CAN TRY AND USE THIS MISERABLE SERVICE CALLED PAYPAL $ YOU WILL SE!!!
I JUST WANT TO HELP OTHER TO AVOID THIS PEST<!! CALLED PAYPAL!!!

I HAVE ALL THE PRROOF IF REQUIRED PLEASE ASK!!!

I JOINED A CLASS ACTION ALREADY AGAINST THIS MISERABLE, AND PEST COMPANY!!
