This is a company that allows you to pay for your child's school lunches through an account online so you don't have to send any money to school with them they just use an account number. I originally was just attempting to access her balance & purchases from last year so I could deposit into her account. When they wouldn't allow me to see or tell me how much was in there, that is when I said I wanted a refund.
I was in a chat session (they don't have live people to talk to you) with PAY PAMS "Parent account management" employee Joni, whereas she abruptly ended the chat session “hung up on me” without providing current or up to date contact info for me. I am trying to get a refund and as I was chatting I was also contacting ALL the phone numbers she gave me that were supposed to be “the process” of getting my refund. None of them are working numbers & there are no messages or voicemail either. I went their site to see my balance from last year & they wanted to charge me $10.00 JUST TO GET LAST YEARS BALANCE & TRANSACTIONS. That is a shady & hostage practice of doing business. What if I didn’t want to use their services this year or what if I was moving out of state??? They are trying to charge me to see MY BALANCE. Then when I ask for a refund they direct me to NON-WORKING PHONE NUMBERS!! They don’t even have a phone number on their website to talk to a live person. BTW, JONI NEEDS A NEW JOB!! She obviously lacks the skills to perform her current one!!
I have emailed the customer service dept. & I'm waiting on "rep" to contact me back. So far I have only received computer generated responses!! So, obviously no one is actually reading my complaint!!
