We entered into an agreement they would sell our business and they have several "qualified buyers" looking to buy businesses all over the US. On June 15, 2005 they had 1 yr to find their "qualified buyers" and they would do it on the internet and have a synopsis of our business for us that would help sell the business. The notebook about our business is about 50 pages of nothing. I could have wrote it. It maybe has 1 paragraph on each page and repeats itself only in different words or ways about every page. I say it's a pretty expensive notebook. Then in May 2006 they had a qualified buyer supposedly but we never heard from him or had an offer and that was our "qualifies buyer". They also said if we did not have a buyer they would extend the service for 1 year and when we ask about it - not happening. I think this is one of those rip off internet companies that takes the money and runs. We don't think we received any service from them besides their notebook. Also we had to sign the papers that day or the offer was not valid. We could not think about it which is not very ethical. That should have been a GOOD clue. I have contacted them and get no action. I have had my lawyer send a letter and they don't want anything to do with it. They did not represent the service they sold like we thought they would. They are taking advantage of companies.
