To Patricia Gallup PC Connection CEO
I placed an order for a NEC NP100 DLP Portable Projector at pcconnection.com in August 2009. A few days later I was contacted by Jennifer Belden from the Fraud Department with the following requirement.
-Because you are requesting that we ship your order to the following Mail Receiving Facility, we require that you supply the Final End Destination.-
Jennifer Belden

I explained that that was my final End Destination, a safe address since PC connection is no liable for any loss in transit and I was also a repeat customer. I even offered to send a copy of my ID Card, but it was not enough for her to process my order. Ms. Belden's answer was:
-Our policies have recently changed and we need the end destination address for the package-
I asked to see those policies since the Shipping Policies on the website don't mention anything regarding this issue.

Her new answer was:
-Some manufacturer(sic) have shipping restrictions on items-
She changed her story this time. NEC doesn't have any restriccion of that sort. I checked its website
I asked to have my order cancelled because of her inflexibility to work this matter out.
I felt singled out, treated like a criminal and humiliated by her request, especially when my wife ordered the same exact item NEC NP100 DLP Portable Projector 5 days later
Order number is xxxxxxx0
Subtotal:$419.95
Shipping & Handling:Best Way - Ground$.00
Tax:$34.64
Total:$454.59
She was not asked for a Final End Destination, even though it was delivered to the same address. The NEC Projector arrived a few days later.
We only placed the order again, just to prove that there were some ulterior motives in denying me the service. Ms Belden just kept changing her story and her request had no grounds whatsoever.
It is said that the best marketing tool is the word of mouth. It?s also said that it is never too late to make it right.
.
I expect a clearer explanation by you than what was given to me by Ms. Jennifer Belden.
PS: My name is Jose Lopez(Hispanic) and my wife's name is Susan Smith(White/Caucasian), I hope you get the picture here.
