Purchased this software and it does not work. Tried to contact PC Doctor 'support' and received an undeliverable confirmation stating that no such email address exists.

Then tried to contact SWReg AND Digital River - went to BOTH customer support websites and was caught in an endless loop of questioning and forms that lead absolutely nowhere.

I called 1 952 253 1234 which is the telephone number for Digital River (SWReg's parent company) on Sun 7/19/09 and spoke with a customer service rep. When I explained my problem he said I would have to contact SWReg directly. I then told him that was useless as the SWReg customer support site basically ended at submitting an email address and wouldn't go any further. I then insisted I spreak with a manager/supervisor. I was then forwarded to someone by the name of Frederick. After explaining my dilemma he says my account will be credited with 3-5 business days - we will see what happens but just wanted to report this situation as I now see so many other people experienced the same problem.
