Contacted after seeing their website, I called because I had questions about their school "college degree" offer, they advice me they needed my credit card number just to keep it in record, if I decided to proceed and use their services, after a brief conversation I decided that I needed to do more research on this company, since I felt the representative on the phone was more interested on selling me more of their degrees other than answering my concerns, I then adviced her I needed more time to consider this, she told me to call her back within 4 hours and that while I considered using their products I would see a transaction on my bank account for $25000.00 I adviced her I did not want anything charged to my card, she said it was not a purchase it was just a good faith transaction and that while I considered this they would need to place this transaction, we hang up and I decided to check online because I did not trust her anymore, sure enough this people had already run my card and taken $25000.00 from my account, I called them back and they told me they couldn't help me because when you provide your Credit card or Debit card to a merchant you have essentially engaged them, and they can then charge your account for whatever amount they claim you wanted. I then called Pc Pro School back and asked to speak to Kate Pelchat are the original rep. who helped me she said that I couldn't cancel I adviced her I never consented to the transaction anyway, she then told me that she couldn't give me anything back, I told her I had just barely spoken to her and that I didn't want anything, she sounded upset and was very rude I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she said there was none, she said they are all counselors, she finally Transfered me to a person named Anthony Stachula who had the same attitude, he offer to refund me $11000.00 ; Which I refused, he then said that if I called back again they would charge me another $600.00 and that because I gave them my card number they could legally do that, this just happened two hours ago, I feel violated and completey helpless, I file a complaint with BBB but, but this will not help because according to the better BBB they are graded a "F", because they never respond to the complaints files against them, I called my bank back and the best they could do is cancel my debit card and issue a new one, I spoke to one of their fraud investigators and he repeated the same, once you give your card to a merchant you engaged them and they can charge your account, my only option is to return the product and only then I can file a dispute, otherwise I'm on my own. If anyone in this forum has disputed this fees before please share your experience I would like to know how to proceed going forward, there must be a govertment agency that investigates this type of entities, According to the BBB this School is not accredited and does not have any licen.
