I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine.

When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license".
