Poor Quality Products
I purchased a 200w E Scooter (Model E200) from PCC Motor in March of this year and had it stop working after 2 weeks of occasional use. The product took 2 weeks to arrive at our doorstep so we essentially only had 2 weeks of the advertised 30 day Warranty left. Upon reporting the problem, i was told to return the product at my own expense which would have costed as much as the original product without shipping! I refused to return an item at my expense with the HOPE that it would be returned repaired or replaced. I was also told after, that I was over the 30 day warranty even though I had only had the product for 2 weeks. I was then told that they would send me parts to fix it myself. I asked for 2 new batteries, a new charger and a controller because I had no idea what the problem was. I was sent the controller only. After receiving the part, I was able to repair the scooter myself only to have the wires pull out of the wiring harness due to poor design (the handlebars cannot be turned more than 45 degrees). After i managed to rewire the harness, the front wheel fell off during a ride almost seriously injuring my grandaughter! I repaired that as well only to have the belt on the motor break!. This is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen and anyone looking to purchase a scooter online should be aware that this product is not worth considering. The company will also not honour any of their claims that if your not happy you can return the product (money-back guarentee). BUYER BEWARE!!!
