I had a young man come to my door selling these magazine subscriptions to raise money for non profit organization. I ordered Mens Fitness for my husband, after 2 months I started recieving my subscription, except it was the wrong magazine. I have called the phone number on the receipt many times and every time it says they are experiencing high call volume and to call back tomorrow. It says this everyday. Do not waste your money on this company.

Two young kids came to my door, offering magazine subscriptions. They were talking about money for earning points visting another country for educational purposes. So I purchased a subscription not to mention they charge you a process and handling fee of 15.00. So my total was 85.00 in which a wrote out a check for. This sale took place back in April. It is now September and have yet to see the magazine in my mailbox! Looked on the website pccsonline.com to find out when my first issue would be sent out and I clicked on the contacts link and it replied phone numbers coming soon!!! Then I called the customer service line listed and there is a recording stating that they are closed, that the hours are monday through friday 9:00 am to 5:oo pm. That customer service is closed between the hours of 12:00 and 12:30. Mind you, I called on a Thursday @ 09:30 a.m.!!! Do not EVER buy from anyone claiming to sell magazines door to door for any reason especially from a pccsonline company!!! I should've known better but my heart went out to this little scammers, I had just had my son a few weeks prior and was still hormonal!!! I guess they got me don't let them get you!!!
