I signed up for PC Magazine download utilities a few years ago. I haven't downloaded a utility in 2-3 years but they have my credit card number and automatically bill $19.97 annually. Last year I wanted to cancel when surprised by the charge but it was easier just to pay the bill. This is the only charge on the card as it's an old one we don't use any more.

I just got a charge statement again - first one since last year's charge!!! I tried calling customer service but they tell me it's an online subscription and sent me to their website. The online dept. doesn't have any contact info and you must fill out a web form with subscription information just to get to an email form. I'm stuck there as I don't have a print subscription or mailing label.

No way to contact them to cancel the subscription. I'm force to close a Capital One Visa card w/ an $11, 000 available credit line just to make ZD Net stop billing me!!!
