I bought their advertised software to remove any bugs and errors I might have on my computer. After I run the software my computer would not start. Apparently the program removed one of the system files.

I am now trying to repair my computer and had to buy a new one because I need it for my work.

I requested a refund from the Pconpoint.com. It's been 4 days and they still didn't answer my email!
