Getting calls from this company that says her name is Suanne Wilson and she works for PCS Legal. She can hardly speak english. Call id said call was from 101. She left a message first, telling me to call them or I would be in "big trouble." There was a judgement against me. Did I know anything about it. I did not call them back. She called several times after that. She seemed to be getting frustrated because I would not call her back. She called a family member and told them I would be in "big trouble" if I didn't call her back and then told them that she had all their personal information and would make trouble for them if I didn't call. I did call then the number she left 561-705-3040. She transferred me to someone else. This other lady tried to get me to tell her my ss# so she could make sure I was who she was calling. I did not give my ss#. Told her that she was harrassing me. That I had reported them to the credit bureaus and the FBI and homeland security. I told them that they were being recorded. They hung up. Have not heard from them since. Of course, this was only 2 days ago. So we'll see! I had this happen last year, about every 6 months a man would call and just start yelling at me that I had better send 3-400.00 to clear my name. When I tried to get info about what he was talking about, he said he could only talk to "my attorney of record." All these people are clearly from a foreign country. Their english is horrible. How can these people get this info? How can they continue to be in business? Is nobody watching the internet for scams like this?
