This is a small company based out of a home of a Pharmacist in California. She is unaware of the process of selling her educational programs which assist you to pass the PTCB.(Pharmacuetical Technician Certification Boards) I purchased this item on Dec. 21. We were given notification of the sale and that the item was out of stock but will be sent out A.S.A.P. After waiting over a month I contacted the seller with an email informing her that I have not recieved any merchandise nor notification of delivery. I also informed her that I will be contacting several services and corperations to dispute the transaction since I never recieved any follow through information. She replied with a attitude email telling me her persanal family information, (AS IF I CARED!), and her title of pharmacist and decided to talk to me like I was one of her own children. She also supplied me with the shipping info to put me in my place that she did her part of process and shipping my merchandise yet she informed me, while she was being so proud of herself, that she sent the merchandise to the wrong address and not the address specified in the original order. I repleid with an apology and I retracted my disputes and informed her that the product was sent to the wrong address and that she labelled it wrong. A PHARMACIST IS LABELLING THINGS WRONG?!? JUST PERFECT! She replied to me that she did her part and that she was not going to send me my product or my refund. This is stealing!!! Undoubtedly that is something she missed prior to Pharm D school? I am now in the process of filing disputes again and complaints with the BBB and Paypal and my credit card company and the Board of Pharmacy.
