I purchased PCwareTracker online and it did not fix my pc problem. I had been in contact with technical support on several occasions and tried everything they ask me to do to help resolve. Nothing worked. I removed the product from my pc because it was causing other dll issues with other apps. I asked for a refund and received the below email for support on Feb. 19, 2010 (I never received a refund):
