Two years ago, I filled up an application with pdlassistance.com, I wanted to get info. about a loan, they
called me the next day. A lady named Maria told me that I was been approved for a payday loan consolidation and that I did not have to call Money Tree to tell them about my arrangements with PDL Assistance, they were going to take care of everything for me. My loan with Money Tree was only $600.00
As usual they took all my bank info. to start withdrawing certain amount a month to pay Money Tree but, two weeks later, I saw in my bank statement that Money Tree withdrew 670.00 from my checking account and also PDL Assistance was withdrawing $132.00 a month. I called immediately PDL Assistance and asked what happened but, they ignored all my calls and would not stop any of the monthly withdraws from my bank, so I talked to the manager at my bank and explained the situation.
The bank could not stop any withdraws, I had to talk to PDL Assistance and ask them to stop but, besides not taking any of my phone calls or emails, when I call the place where they were supposed to be depositing my money (some Trustee Bank) the people who answered my phone calls where extremely rude and unprofessional and not willing to give any info. about PDL Assistance. Almost a year past and $1, 360.00 was already taking from my checking account and nobody could get in touch with them so, finally my bank filled fraud charges against them but, I could not recover my money until, a month ago. PDL Assistance sent me a check for $87.00 saying that I was not going to get anymore from them. My bank refunded $530.00 from all the unauthorized withdraws, PDL Assistance $87.00 and
$723.00 were my lost for believing and trusting on deals made over the Internet and over the phone.
After the first conversations with PDL Assistance, where they wanted all my info. and were they failed to tell me about sending every monthly withdraw to this Trustee bank? and also failed to tell me that they were never going to pay the $600.00 to Money Tree.
I could never talk to them again, never answered any of my phone calls, emails or letters. Only the $87.00 check, replacing the $723.00
