I had taken out a loan with PDL loans and during my experience I was harrassed daily by an Indian callier pretending to be a police officer. Ever since I took out a payday loan, these people from India will not leave me alone. He calls with a new name each time and pretends to be an officer of the law and even goes so far as to call me at my place of employment. The threatening phone calls of coming to pick me up in a police car and leaving message saying he is coming to pick me up in a police car. I am reporting PDL to the police department and the local authorities. These individuals are praying upon the poor of America. In my last phone call with officer Ray Hamilton he said, you stupid Americans you fucking stupid people...I will get you in the end. Pretty threatening people and my gut tells me they work for PDL Loans...

I initially applied for a $300.00 loan with PDL Loan center on 04.07.09. A one time repayment of $390.00 was agreed upon during 05.01.09. This was the agreement
that I, Denise M. Hodge signed. On
05.01.09 only $90.00 was withdrawn from
this PDL company. I searched the E-mails and saw a different payment schedule listed. There was no financial
hardship then. I continued to re-pay a
total of $360.00. During 07.07.09 this
creditor attempted to withdraw $140.00
from my checking account. When I first
called PDL loans they said the loan account was
closed. However PDL continued in an attempt to withdraw monies from my account. I was
last informed by their collections Dept. that I owe $390.00. I read the
contract and do not see where the principal and fiance charges would increase to this $390.00 amount. The
companies' advertising is misleading and their professional ethics are below
standard. Why am I being victimized?
I have dealt with other on-line loan agencies and never dealt with this problem before.
