Unauthorized withdrawal of money
I am entering a complaint against PDL Resource Site becuse they have taken $17.97 out of my bank account today. I do not know who these people are and I did not order any service or items. They did not have authorization to take money from my account.
I also had the same problem with ID Theft, they took $33.98 from my account two times which I did not authorize either.
Do we have any recourse to ensure this never happens again?

Fraudulant charges
I have been charged $17.97 for a service I did not sign up for. I think my information is being sold or shared some how between online companies this is the second time this has happened to me. The first time the company refunded my money. This company PDL Resource Site say's they can not refund my money they can only cancel for no further charges. That's great but not only am I out $17.97 but also the $35.00 my bank charged for overdraft protection, So now I'm out $52.97. How can I get my money from these people and how can they be stopped from doing this to other people??? I have 3 young children I am on disability and my wife is going to school to help her get a degree to get a better job so we can get ahead and there are people out here taking away what we do not have.<br />
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?????

fraudulent charges on my bank account
I was charged $17.97 from this company and this was not authorized. Who are these people who think they can just steal from us, the american people, and get away with it. Why is this kind of stuff happening and nothing is being done about it by our goverment?

WithDrawal Money w/o Permission of my account
After Couple of month i realized the certain amount is been taken out of my bank account by Auto Debt, but without my permission, I have never applied for this Company and never heard this name, and I dont know how they get permitted to debt money from people account.
I am going to find this company and sue them.

TOOK AMOUNT OUT OF ACCOUNT
THEY DEDUCT AN AMOUNT FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ALSO I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER SEEEING IT - HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE POLICE ON THIS MATTER IF I WANTED MY FUNDS REFUNDED - WHY WOULD ANYONE TAKE OUT SOMETHING ON PRESCRIPTION IF THEY ARE TRYING TO OBTAIN A LOAN - WHAT GIVES? DO WE HAVE ANY RIGHTS?

Took money w/o auth
This is the 2nd time this week. I started a payday loan up, then cancelled it, changed my mind. When I happen to check my bank acct, they took $17.97 out. They said I received a confirmation email but I never got it. They did the same thing as ID Theft Protection, and no I wont get my money back. THIEVES AGAIN. This just isnt right to do this to people.

withdraw of fund from bank
They automaticly withdrew money from bank account while checking their website (Last Chance Cash Advance) for a product I didn't order and new finished their appliacation. They are a rip off company.

unauthorized debit of cash from my account at my bank.
My info was given to a loan company and they unauthorized took money out of my bank account with out my permission.I had to change my account number.Failed a car sale while catching this thief and cost me over $7000. dollars in time consumed.I want my money returned to me from this robber. 1-866-781-7652 is thier phone number.
