I booked in my laptop for repair report for insurance anfter lightning. their system was down so never signed an indemnity that I leave it there at own risk. The workshop was burgled and my laptop was stolen bag and all. Everybody's laptop was replaced except mine as mine was an HP. Every week they promise me it will be replaced next week. 198 months later they refuase to replace it! and itas way too late to claim it from myu insurance!
