I received a 2,000 line of credit from ge money bank, which made me feel really good after a year of fixing my credit, I placed an order I ordered 11 items and after 3 weeks only received 2 items after 3 weeks I began to worry because I placed the order on 11/12/07 so peach tree stated that all items should be received within 14-21 days and it was getting close to christmas. I began to call customer service day after day and they were writing notes in there system that was supposed to go to the executive office and nothing was being done. I began to get furious after 4 weeks they canceled a ds game that after this time they canceled on me as they were out of stock. Then after 5 weeks and numerous calls 7 items shipped cause I ordered another game in place of the one they canceled. Peach tree also during this time at about 5 weeks placed my items on back order. Then about 2 days ago I was informed that even though they promised me my items would be there by christmas they were sorry but they are now telling customers they are not coming. Now I wasn't getting the psp and game and sewing machine. I already spent my other money thinking these items were being delivered and now I don't have the money to replace what is not coming in time for christmas, I want everyone to know what a bad company this is they give you the run around and I will never order from them again, if I could legally do something I will persue it legally, it's not fair and right and all the stores are not having the shipping and out stock problems and they are. They are a business they should have worked out these issues how could they get away with this. Sorry from this company is not good enough I am a single parent raising 4 kids, what do I tell my kids, do I put an iou in there present and hope they understand. This company has slow shipping, gives you the run around and do not deliver what they promise.
