have not been able to contact peak5 for 2 mos
i have has my car loan for 4 years and my experience with them has been honorable since then.. so i figured it is finally over when i mad my last payment on 6/16/09 so imstill waiting for the title of the car and have not received it. i try calling there's a busy signal for 4weeks.. the website is down. all i want is the documents that this loan is paid off and the title to the car.. if anyone knows whats going on please tell me..

No bill sent and no answer at business
Its sad I am trying to pay a bill. I can not get in touch with these people. I have not received a bill for July or August and do not need nobody coming to my house to repo nothing. I call and the phone rings busy constantly and the website is no longer up and running. If anyone can get in touch with these people, please post because I need to give them a peace of my mind and my money.

Inability to contact to make payment
I have atttempted to contact Peak 5 several times since July 31 to make a payment via their Customer Service department (I alway make my payments to this company this way). Each time I call I get a busy signal. I did not recieve my last statement. Is this company going bankrupt and failing to inform it's customers? I do not want to send a payment when I cannot contact the company. Please advise.

No Way to Make My Car Payment
I am just like the rest of you guys does anyone know who is the actual lein holder?
Has some contacted the attorney general offices for this state? Maybe they can help. Or the bankruptcy court in this state? Talk about poor business. Is Flat Iron Financial the lein holder? I sent a letter to them today by us mail and included all of my attempts to reach this company Peak 5. This is horrible! I am in Houston, Tx I have called, faxed, attempted to reach via the internet all of my attempts to reach this company were not successful! I don't know what to do at this point. I hope they will have better sense than to just go and repossess everyone vehicles. There will be law suits for years. This is stressful and undue! Please if anyone find out any good information please post it on this site. From legal action etc. Thank you!

NO NOTIFICATION
I tried making payment for last month, but the check came back in the mail. The address did not exist. I was not notified that they have closed for business. I was trying to do payment on time as usual. Now, I dont know what to do.

Truck note
My husband and I have a truck financed with Peak 5. We have had numerous problems with the company. They have called and threatened us. They have been extremely rude. We have not recieved a bill from them last month or this month. I do not want to be held accountable for any late fees. I have tried numerous times to contact them, without any luck. I would like to know what is going on. I do not wish to fall behind on my payment, but am clueless as where to send it.

CAN NOT CONTACT TO PAY LOAN
I am VERY AFRAID that when this company does what ever it is doing that we the consumer will be punished. Meaning that the notes that we have not been able to pay to them (NOT THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN TRYING)! WILL GO ON OUR CREDIT AS LATE PAYMENTS. I will
be getting Lawyer if this happens. If this happens to anyone else please contact me @ my email address. There has to be someone out there that knows something. It is hard as it is trying to get and keep your credit straight in these days and time without something like this.

Unable to contact company to pay car note and have not received a bill
It is sad that this company has been bought out so many times that I have lost count. I have been trying to contact them to pay my car note on the number provided and continue to receive a busy signal. It is sad to have to wonder if they will pull up and take our car. Please share any contact information you have.

Don't know where and how to pay car note
I have 2 car notes here try to be responisble and pay my car note but don't have an address to send it to. I've tried calling all the number I was provided on the number to reach peak 5 to another company. That number just rings, and rings then a busy sound. I want to make sure that I am not going to be held to pay a fee because I don't know how to really contact and where to send my payments. This is the most cazy situation I have dealed with a company.
