25th, october 2009 we made an pearl combo offer order at www.shopping indiatimes.com. As per the offer describtion, we received the same item on 27 november 2009 but most of the item was artificial, only 15% pearl item was available. Regading this issue we informed to shoppingindiatimes immediatly through customer care. They asked me to contact '[email protected]'. we send email so meny times but no reply got from other end. There was return back policy within 10 days, but they purposly delayed to expair the warrenty period. We unable to get any customer support or money back protection from shoppingindiatimes. Please healp me.
