I stopped by with the intent of buying one pair of eyeglasses and walked out with two pairs of glasses. Buy one get one “free, ” said the salesperson who was miserable and looked at me weird when I bent over. After paying over $500, I waited over a week for my new glasses. I had to call them to check on the glasses and they were ready. How convenient. Pearl Vision and they’re crappy customer service…
Upon receiving my glasses, I noticed a scratch on both pairs of eyeglasses. Each pair on the left lenses had a consistent scratch. Needless to say, I went back, complained, and after another week received new glasses. Now, to my surprise, one pair was fine and the other had the same scratch. Upon reporting the scratch again, I was told that the technicians took extra care and they did not understand my complaint. My integrity was somehow questioned here. Not to mention, the eye doctor who manages the franchise was the one who said he doesn’t understand. Well Dr. Ralph Eaves, I don’t understand why my eye appointment took 5 minutes literally and most of the time was spent on talking about which college your daughter wants to do. I am surprised the lenses actually worked. Pearl vision are a bunch of hacks and a rip off.
Are you kidding? DO NOT GO TO PEARL VISION FOR YOUR EYEGLASSES! Trust me; you will walk out feeling violated on many different levels.
I now have to compare my refund check with my receipt of purchase to make sure they gave me the right amount of money.
