Made a purchase with this company 9/15/08 for 5 posters for 25 dollars. Little do you know when you make a purchase your automatically subscribed to a "membership." Upon finding this out, I immediatley canceled & returned all products not ordered by me. They keep sending you posters & charging your credit card. Going back to billing statements from last year I find that I was charged 39.80 2 times for merchandise I did not order & that was returned. To far back now to get my money back. Now, 12/8/09 I am recieving pacakges from this "company" & have 2 - $79.00 charges on my account, for 1 box with 2 posters in it !!! They have been returned via mail & with delivery conformation, not that it matters because the address is a P.O.Box. I called & emailed every number & option I have found to contact theses people with limited success. Today, I finally got though to Amanda with Seattlecoffee.com & demanded to be refunded my money for their deceptive service. She even told my that I was canceled over a year ago ! I made them well aware, that I know all aout their fraudelent activites & she said that fine, we will refund you your money in 30-60 days. I also made them well aware that if I don't they will be reported & possible legal action will be taken. After all the complaints I have come across here & elsewhere, I do not see how these people can still operate this scam. Somethig needs to be done about this & I know I'm not the only victim regarding this matter. This "comany" needs to be stopped & I'm willing to join in on any suits filed against this fraudelent business.
