RE: CLAIM FROM PEGASUS RENTAL CARS, QUEENSTOWN – FEBRUARY 2010.
In February this year I travelled to New Zealand on a 2 weeks holiday from Australia. I hired a car from Pegasus Car in Queenstown on the 2nd of February 2101.

On the 4th of February while driving to Dunedin from Queenstown I met with an accident just outside St Lawrence.
I notified Pegasus car rentals in Queenstown. They insisted I pay the basic insurance excess of NZD 1, 000 + GST even before a quote for repair was done as I was from overseas. They promised to supply me with the invoice / quote to enable me claim my money back from my insurers. I relied on them and paid them the funds. Please see enclosed the relevant correspondences.
However since then they have not kept to their word. I have got in touch with their insurers, who have confirmed that Pegasus had submitted a claim initially but had subsequently withdrawn it.
Numerous attempts to contact Pegasus car rental to get a copy of the repair invoice has failed.
Would appreciate if there is an avenue for you to help me get a copy of the invoice from them so that my insurers would release my funds to me.
