started a loan application with CLC-Commercial Lending Capitol backin June-09. They pressured me into sending them a deposit of $6, 275. They assurred me that in the event my that my loan was not approved that I would get my full deposit returned. This dragged on until I ask them to either give me an answer or cancl my loan. At this time they said that they could approve the refi, but not give me the cask out. I rminded them that the sole purpose of me using them was to get cash out, otherwise I didn't need their services. They stop repsonding to me only saying that muy request was in review and at that time stop conmmunicating with me or my broker. I later received a cancellation package informing me that I was not entitled to any part of my depost. They did not deliver, no appraisal, nothing. The people idirectilyinvloved in my loan request are all seemilnly crooks, beginning with Luis Lugo, Rick Ford, Samantha Rogan, and very rudly Clinton Davis. Please stay away from these people and this company. I am a single Black female trying to make it. I don'thave the money just to give them for a long canncelllation report.
