Why is there no help section or "contact us" for MSN Games/Oberon Media? I purchased a new computer and would like to redownload the games I have purchased from MSN, but need a key code which I do not have. Other game sites give you the name, date, activation code, etc. Everything you need right under "My Account." Not that I expect an answer or any help from MSN, but why is your website so complicated? Why is there never an answer to anything? No wonder Bill Gates left! I would too with customer service like that!!!
