When I had your service installed, I was promised local channels within, I state, Within 3 months or less. MY zip code is 76367. The 3 months had come and gone and still no local channels on my service. I had called several times and talk to several of your agents that represent your company. Example Deserriee Employee number AG0858 on the date of 8-11-09 and on again employee name Vann Employee number 435517, on 8-17-09. I called every month after the 3 months was up and each time, a diferent agent answered the phone. Desrrrie specifically stated there are no local channels for that area and dont know why you were told there was. Your Agent Vann was almost rude and he specificaly stated, There is no local channelss for that area, none is offered, and no plans to offer local channles. I do not know why you state information that is false and misrepresentated to your customers. That is not legally binding when you lie. Then you have the nerve to send me a prorated bill to collect money that is not yours upon false representation of contract that was a false contract, stating and representing local channels, when you have none. The contract wasa breach of contract on your part. You are in breach of contract for misrepresenting having local channels for the 76367 zip code. You can absorb this bill you sent me, for I kept my end of the deal and had your service for 8 months waiting for local channels that was not going to be offered. This is a fradulent bill and it is based on misrepresting false information, and knowing it was a lie to me.
